Re Word Jewel

I got a notice of an update on this site. I clicked on install yesterday, April 16/14 and it started to do the update and then stopped, saying "it cant be installed at this time and to retry". I have been trying since yesterday and cannot get this to install the updates...the site remains unusable. This needs to be taken care of.
